Nala Robotics (USA) - Nala Robotics, a kitchen automation specialist, has announced the launch of BIRYANIMAN, the world’s first robotic biryani maker, capable of preparing one of the most complex and beloved dishes in cuisine. This innovative robot combines cutting-edge technology and artificial intelligence to ensure consistent and precise preparation of up to 100 varieties of biryani, including traditional styles such as Hyderabadi, Lucknowi, and Kolkata.
BIRYANIMAN is designed to simplify the process of cooking biryani by automatically adjusting the spices, rice, and meat, ensuring high-quality results. Equipped with advanced algorithms, the robot adapts to different lighting conditions and content types, providing a unique experience for both beginner cooks and professionals.
The initial installation of BIRYANIMAN will take place at BIRYANIBUFFET in Naperville, Illinois, where the robot will begin preparing a wide range of biryanis, delivering the same exceptional quality and flavor in each dish. Nala Robotics also announced plans to expand its operations, including the opening of BOT BITES, the first fully robotic multicuisine restaurant at the University of Northern Texas.
